Service Provider Agreement

This agreement outlines expectations and responsibilities for Sammurai-registered Service Providers.

  1. Registration & Profile Setup

    Providers must supply accurate, up-to-date information about their identity, skills, services, and availability.

  2. Code of Conduct

    Providers agree to:

    1. Deliver services professionally and reliably

    2. Communicate respectfully with clients

    3. Respect platform and user safety guidelines

  3. Earnings & Payments

    Earnings are processed weekly. Payment methods must be accurately provided. Sammurai reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments in cases of fraud or complaints.

  4. Ratings & Feedback

    Clients may leave reviews. Providers can respond to feedback but may not retaliate against clients.

  5. Account Suspension

    Violations of this agreement may result in warnings, suspensions, or termination from the platform.

  6. Insurance & Liability

    Providers are responsible for their own insurance coverage where applicable. Sammurai is not liable for service disputes or damages.
